LUDENDORFF'S DISCLOSURES.
BERLIN, 'April 5. Ludendorffs disclosures have begun to appear in serial form. He admits that hope of a military victory disappeared after the defeat on August Bth. Ludendorff urged the abandonment of submarines and the continuance of the greatest land efforts in order to secure the best possible armistice. He offered to resign on 26th October, when he found the Government was willing to make peace at any pricse.
