PARIS. April 3

Colonel Vix, head of the Allied Mission in Budapest,, has arrived in Belgrade. Boiakun, the row Hungarian Foreign Minister, informed him that ho desires to observe the armistice and to continue relations with the Entente. Ho declared his Government was Socialist, not Bolshevist. According to other reports, however, Boiakun is still negotiating for an alliance with the Russian Soviets.
