SHIPYARD EMPLOYEES. NO MOEE CADDLING. NEW YORK February 26 A Washington mesage states that Mr Charles Prez, Director of the Emergency Fleet Corporation, has announced that the labour agreements between the shipyard operators and employees, which will end on the last day of March, will be superseded by a system designed to stop 'he pampering of the yards and the coddling of the men. The Government does not intend to yield to the demands of the men for an increase of pay over the wartime scales, which has been the causa of the strikes in the United States, nor will it continue any longer to build ships at £4O a-ton, when they can be turned out on the Clyde for £2B a ton I
