At Paris, Lieut-Colonel Sir Mark Sykes, member of House of Commons. SIR WILFRED LAURIER DYING. FROM PARALYTIC STROKE Received 9.40 ia.m. OTTAWA, Feb. 17 /Sir Wilfred Laurier, is believed to be dying from paralysis, with which he w r as seized while dressing for church on Sunday. He fell to the floor suffering from a stroke and his physician says !he has only few hours to live. A LATER MESSAGE Received 10.15 a.m. OTTAWA, February 17 Sir Wilfred Laurier is dead.
