Bolshevists are spreading a report that Lenin will ultimately transfer his power only to the monarch, recalling the statement published in the Times in August, 1918, in which it was alleged that Lenin told the Cossacks that Bolsheviks would restore the Czar to the throne after the suppression of the bourgeoise influence.

An astounding Bolshevist marriage proclamation, posted in East Russia, and carried out in Ekaterinburg commences: In compliance with the decision of the Kronstadt Soviet, private possession of women is abolished Social inequalities and legitimate marriages 'Lave passed. They have served as instruments by which all the most beautiful women have become the property of the bourgeois© and the proper continuation of the human race has been prevented. Accordingly, after Mf'rch Ist, the right to possess Avomon between the ages of 17 and 32 is abolished and they are proclaimed the property of the whole nation. The ’ decree does not affect women having five children. Former owners may retain the right of using their wives AAdthout waiting their turns. If the husbands resist this decree they forfeit this right. The distribution and mangement of of women are transferred to an

anarchist club. Three days after the decree is published all women will be given to the use of the whole nation. They will be obliged to present themselves at the club. Any citizen noticing a woman not submitting herself must give the anarchist club her namci The ninth clause of the decree reads: Every man wishing, to use a piece of public property must have a certificate that he belong to a working 'class Other male members of the community can obtain equal rights to the proletariat by paying ; £lO monthly in-to hire public fund. All women proclaimed national property receive £23 monthly Those becoming pregnant will be released from their duties for four months. The children will be educated at the cost of the public. In the case of the birth of twins, the mother will receive a prize of £2O. All men and women wilt be obliged to carefully watch their health. Those spreading disease will be severely punished. Any refusing to support this decree will be proclaimed enemies of the people.
