THE KINGS. Picture goers will have a feast of good things at this theatre to-night, as the management is showing two star features. The programme will commence at 7.55 sharp, with "The Floor Below," which is a fine story and a fine picture, but this is not the main point regarding it. It is also a Goldwyn, but even this is not the most interesting thing. What makes a feature of unusual appeal is the fact that Mabel Xormand, after an absence from the screen of nearly two years, re-appears in it to delight Dominion iaiudiences. Her charming, work as Keystone comedienne is vividly remembered, and in "The Floor Below'' she comes back with all her old charm plus much finer artistry and in addition proves herself a great emotional actress. The second star is "The Gates of Gladness," featuring Madge Evans. EVERYBODY'S. There's magic in the name of Mabel Normand, All the world remembers her as the bewitching Keystone comedienne and in the Goldwyn picture "The Floor Below," showing at the Town Hall to-night. She returns to the screen as charming as ever and as tricky but with undreamed of powers as a great actress. He sets out to reform her, but she does not need reforming. However that does not greatly matter because he soon learns to love her, and who would not love her. As Patsy, Mabel Xormand will be loved by every one v'io sees her. Her work in the picuac is a revelation. A Pathc Gazette and a two-comedy support the star picture.
