AMUSEMENTS.
THE KINGS. A man "s greatest ambition hopelessly shattered by the intervention of hate and jealousy, and finally realised after years of patient and lonely waiting, is the subject of Clyde Fitch's fetching romance "The Cowboy and the Lady." presented by B. A. Eolfe. As Ted North, a young Easterner, and later as proprietor of a cattle ranch in the Sierras, Mr. 8. Miller Kent proves himself thoroughly •conversant with the qualifications of the characters portrayed, and enters into the spirit of the subject in a vigorous and masterly manner. The story is emotional, thrilling and at times is interspersed with bright and humorous situations, which relieve the tensity of the subject, and reveal something of the Westerner'e genial disposition in the midst of grim surroundings. Supported by a Drew comedy. Gazette, etc. This programme well be shown for one night only.
