A United Press Berlin message says that Police Perfect Eichorn has declared that American and British correspondents might be arrested in order to force Allied occupation. EBERT’S GOVERNMENT FALLS Received 10.10 a.m AMSTERDAM, Dec. 29 The Kreutz Zeitung announces Ebert Cabinet’s fall. Liebknecht. Ledebour, and Eichorn are forming a Government.
