THE ALLEGED CAILLAUX PLOT,

October 29 Count Minotto, interned in Germany, has revealed an alleged plot ,to return Caillaux to power and obtain, a separate peace between France and Germany and then bring about an alliance between France, Italy and the Control Powers in the war against England and Russia.* Minotto visited Luxburg, tbe former German Minister in the Argentine, in Buenos Aires, in the summer of 1915, and acted as agent between Luxburg and Caillaux. •" ' : AWKWARD .FOR CAILLAUX Received 11.45 a.m. NEW YORK, October 29. The text of Count Minotto s revelations made to the American authorities, with evidence of Caillaux s complicity, have been given to the French Embassy, and will bo used • against Caillaux, at his coming trial for high treason.
