LIEBKNEOHT’S FIERY SPEECH..
ADVOCATES GERMAN REPUBLIC. Received 12.45 a.m, COPENHAGEN, Oct. 29 Dr. Liebknecht, the released Socialist leader, in a great speech in Berlin, said the slogan is now world revolution or world destruction. The time has come to act. The people’s reply to appeals for national defence must be a dictatorship of 'the proletarial overthrowing the capitalist rule, and establishing a Socialist Republic. Thousands of those listening shouted, “Long live its first president, Liebknecht!”
