EVERYBODY’S. An exceptionally good programme is to be screened at the Town Hall Pirtures this evening. The funniest man on earth, Fatty Arbucklc, is the lead in a Paramount Mack Seunett comedy, that is full of laughs, roars and shrieks. Fannie Ward, who many people remember her still through the picture she played in, was shown here some time ago, "The Cheat.” now appears in a photoplay entitled “A School for Husbands. ’ ’ The picture is just what the name implies -and an interesting comedy drama. On the same programme the third episode of the “Girl and the Game,” is to be shown also. On Thursday evening at 8 o’clock, the moving pictures of the procession will be shown, As it w r as such a nice day, a real good picture may be expected, All the decorated cars, etc., wore also taken, the prize winners and the crowds in the oval. Sec if you are in the picture and come and sec your friends. Reserves may now Re booked at Swcdlunds. There’s sure to be a crowd, so book ' your seats, all scats that are reserved are guaranteed to be kept until 8 p.m. Taihape’s Red Cross Effort will be advertised all over New Zealand. KING’S THEATRE.

To-night, that fine comedy drama “Mountain Dew” will be shown. Tomorrow night another of the Metro masterpieces. “The Jury of Fate,” will be screened. Mabel Taliaferro may always be relied upon to give an excellent performance no matter what class of picture she appears in. Since she was a child of three she has been on the stage, so brings a wide experience to her natural ability. It maybe safely said that Miss Taliaferro exceeds anything she has ever done in her dual characterisation in this fine Metro drama. There will also bo first class supports, including the second scries of the “Pendleton Round Up.”
