THE TREACHEROUS CZARINA PRIVATE WIRE FROM' PETROGRAD TO BERLIN. KITCHENER BETRAYED TO HIS DEATH. Received 9.5 a.m. NEW" YORK, October 25 Mr Henry W. Mapp, Commissioner of the Salvation Army in Russia, in a speech declared that the Czarina had a private telegraph wire from the Winter Palace at Petrograd to Potsdam, and told the Kaiser all the Allied plans. When she learned of Lord Kitchener’s contemplated visit! to Russia she gave the German Government fullest details, which resulted in the sinking of the vessel and the death of Kitchener.
