801-IBING THE HUNS. GOOD RESULTS OBTAINED. Received 8.45 a.m. LONDON, October 7. The Press Bureau states the Independent Air Force bombed Kaiserlantern and Pirmoscus with good results There was very heavy fighting ail the way to and from their objectives. Twelve and a half tons were dropped on railways at Mezieres, Metzablon, Thionvillo and Courcelles and aerodromes at Morhange, Frescaty and Burdach works. Nine heavy bombs fell on the Burdach factory and a fire broke out at Courcelles, All our machines returned.
