BRITISH ADMIRALTY PARTY , ARRIVES. Received 9.5 a.m. , WASHINGTON, Oct 7. Sir Eric Geddes and the Admiralty party have ariyed here, following disembarkation at an Atlantic port. They will confer with the President shortly. Received 11.40 a.m. WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 Sir Eric Geddes, representing the British Admiralty, conferred with Admiral Benson, Chief of the United States Naval Operations and other naval officials. Later Sir Eric Geddes visited President Wilson.
