KING’S THEATRE. Olive Thomas needs no recommendation the magic of her name is sufficient, and it goes without saying that any picture in which she appears will bo a top-notcher. In the Triangle feature “Limousine 'Life” she docs better than ever. No more suitable drama could have been chosen for her and it will certainly live in the memory of those who see it as a masterpiece of whimsicality, humour and idealism, A remarkable feature is that although there is at times a distinct flavour of spice the total effect is that it is one of the cleanest and merriest film-stories ever told. Olive takes the part of a country girl who goes to a large city, encounters a notorious young waster, disregards tjh,e warnings of wiser companies, encourages his dishonourable advances and at every turn disarms him by her sheer joyous innnocence. And she does it all to such purpose that she relieves Mm of a pearl necklace, with the remark that beads always did suit her. a diamond ring, a limousine qar and no end of expensive suppers. With the proceeds of this unsought loot she appoints herself the power behind the throne to another man. There are also a Gazette, No. 2 of “The Double Cross” etc.
