UNION FORMED TO FIGHT CENTRAL POWERS.
ZURICH, August 25. The Lokal Anzeiger’s Moscow correspondent states that Cadets and popular Socialist revolutionaries of the. Right, and Minimalists, have formed a union to regenerate Great Russia, excluding Poland and the Baltic provinces. Boris Samelkoif has been nominated dictator, with Alexieff’s support. The Union will not recognise the Brest Litovsk treaty. It proposes to continue the war against the Central Powers. COPENHAGEN, August 25. The Petrograd Telegraph Agency states that the Counter-Revolutionists at Moscow aimed at the occupation of the highest points in the neighbourhood of the city, whence they could bombaid the Kremlin. The leaders were arrested, and six were shot.
