GRAND NATIONAL MEETING. CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 17. Following are the concluding results of the last day’s meeting:— B’eaufort Steeplechase.—Coalition 1, Yellow and Black 2, Sylva 3. Scratched Waimai and Onnesby. Won comfortably by two lengths. Sprcydon Hurdles—Seville 1, Tornea 2, Rose Blush, 3. All started. Won by three lengths. Wishful and Hylans fell, Sydenham Hurdles —Kauri King 1, Fisher 2, Art 3. Scratched: Wishful* and Sir Solo. Won by a length, j Woolston Handicap—Jingo 1, -bex 2, Bomb 3. Scratched: Sardinia, Ardmore, Charley, Whiro, Turpinite. Won by two lengths. Islington Handicap. Thaddeus 1, Kiltess 2, Adjutant 3. Scratched: All Over, Multaine, and Hydrus. Won by a length and a half.
