1 AMERICAN SHIPBUILDING. Received 8.40 a.m, NEW YORK August 4. Mr. Hurley, Chairman of the United States Shipping Board, in a messager to Lord Northcliffe, says the Califofnia yard has launched the 12,000-ton ship Invincible, which was built In 24 days. In 35 days more she will be ready to go to sea.
