CLEARING SALE.

Mr. J. Allen, who is leaving the Karioi district, has instructed Mr. R.J L, Christie to sell on the premises, at theKarioi railway station, the whole of his house property and sections of land, also the whole of his pack-sad-dles, gas plant, and a host of valuablesundries. The sale is to be entirely without reserve, and it takes place on Thursday, Ist August, commencing at; 11 a.m. Trains take prospective buyers to the scene of the sale and a good luncheon will be provided gratis. As Mr. Allen is known to have some very fine farm-horses, wool waggons besides a great quantity of excellent harness and wool .waggons, thereshould be a good attendance of buyers for them as well as for the land.
