THE SUNKEN DREADNOUGHT. LONDON, July IS, The Dreadnought Kawachi sank in four minutes, possibly from an explosion of her oil fuel. Three hundred and thirty were saved out of a total of 950. AMERICAN STEAMER TORPEDOED
Received 9 a.m. MONTREAL, July 19. The American steamer "Wartovev has been torpedoed in European waters. Ten are missing. AUSTRALIAN TRANSPORT SUNK. LONDON, July 19. It is officially announced that the .trcpship, Barunga, formerly the German steamer, Sumatra, was torpedoed and sunk in European"'wafers. All were saved. Reuter announces one casualty. LINER CARPATHIAN TORPEDOED Received 11.45 am. LONDON,' July 19. The liner Carpathian has been sunk. There was only a small loss of life.
