TAIHAPE SALE Messrs Dalgety and Co. report having held their usual fortnightly sale at Taihape on Wednesday, 17th inst., but owing to very rough weather only a moderate yarding of sheep and cattle came forward. Competition was good, cattle being In keen demand and practically all lines changed hands. Quotations; —Small lambs 11/ to 15/2, mixed aged ewes in lamb 22/6. Cattle: Mixed -weaners £2 17/, weaner Polled Angus steers £5 17/, 20 months P.A. steers £9 4/6, 2| year Polled Angus; steers £l3 2/, 2 year heifers £6 10/, springing heifers £l3 16/, rising 3year heifers £l2 If.
