NOT TO FIGHT AGAIN.

In the Reichstag the Minister of War stated that Germany has accepted the conditions whereby exchanged English, French, and German prisoners of war should not be re-employed.
GERMAN GENERALISSIMO NOT WANTED.
ROME, July 9,
Telegrams from Vienna state that Austria has refused to accept a German generalissimo on the Italian front It is understood that Von B’elow will instead take three corps specially entrusted with the task of driving the Allies from the Asiago Plateau.
