KERENSKY'S SECRET DOCUMENT
PARIS, July 7,
Kerensky, addressing a meeting of Socialist members of Parliament, read a document drawn up on May 16th at a secret meeting of several groups of the Russian Constitutional Assembly. The document declared that Russia refuses to recognise the Brest Litovsk treaty, but will remain faithful to the Allies; also that the state of war continues between Russia anu Germany.
