THE WAIHEMC'S OFFICERS ARF.IVE. Received 11.20 a.m. MELBOURNE, this day. The officers of the torpedoed steamer Waihemo have arrived en route to New Zealand. They state the ship was torpedoed without warning early in the morning, and sank in fifteen minutes. The Federal Parliament has finished its session and will re-assemble in August.
