THE KARIOI TRAGEDY. ROBERTSON SENTENCED. WANGANUI, May 31. The bushman, John Robertson, who was charged with the man-slaughter of a fellow bushman, Peter Larsen, near Karioi, seven miles from Ohakunc, on February 23, and who was found guilty at the Supreme Court yesterday, was to-day sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment and seven years’ reformative treatment to follow.
