FOOTBALL.
(By “Offside.”) The team to represent Taihape 'against the Taumarunui football team in the match on Monday ■will be selected from the following: Eaton, Kirk, Welch, Connolly, Sinclair. Bagley, Munro, D. Donovan, Maher. McIntcer, Taharangi. McGowan, Cheese. Green, McCarthy and Knox_ The match will commence at 3 p.m. and players rac requested to be ready to take the field at that time. The Taumarunui team is a strong one has been playing in regular matches under rugby rules for some time past. The members of the visiting team will bo entertained in Taihape by the members of the Taihape team. Previous to the football match a hockey match null be played by the Old Girls’ Hockey Club against a team selected from the returned soldiers^
