BRITISH BREAD SUPPLIES ASSURED.

UNTIL NEXT HARVEST. Received 10.40 a.m. LursDON, May 28. The Daily Express 'says the Food Ministry considers the bread supply of Britain definitely assured until next harvest. The policy of extracting the largest proportion of wheat during milling and the admixture of other cereals has been equivalent to saving one-third of the average yearly importation with out apparently affecting health. Already the proportion of wheat extracted has been twice lowered, and further reductions will be made when they can safely be done. A number of Danish farmworkers will shortly be available for work on English farms.
