Mr. Daniels, in a speech, said: Before another summer passed we shall have ships enough to carry millions of troops to France and enough "destroyers to safely convoy them. America realises that never again must her commerce be carried in foreign bottoms. A victory we will win even if the war lasts till we . call out all men from eighteen to sixty years of age.
