JOURNALIST EXPELLED FROM FRANCE. Received 8.45 a.m. PARIS, May 21. The French Government has expelled Mr. Robert Dell, the Manchester Guardian’s Paris correspondent, in consequence of an article on the 1917 peace negotiations. NO CHANGE MADE. LONDON, May 20. The Admiralty reports: Fine weather has enabled constant air reconnaissances to be made at Bruges and Zecbruggo. Bruges canal photographs show no change since April 23rd. The greater part of the enemy’s submarines and torpedo craft based on the Flanders coast has been immobilised at Bruges since the Zeebrugge blocking operation. * BRITISH FOOD CONTROLLER. LONDON, May 20. The Press Bureau reports: At the Prime Minister’s request, Lord Rhonadda has withdrawn his resignation aa Food Controller. He will be unable to resume his duties for a few weeks, and Mr. Clynes wull act in the time.
