KAISER VISITS ZEEBRUGGE. AMSTERDAM, April §6. The Kaiser visited Heebruggc : on Tuesday, and inspected the damage. During his visit a British aviator dropped bombs, German papers admit that the- English succeeded in nearly blocking the whole passage, but claim that submarines are still able to leave. POUR PREVIOUS ATTACKS FRUSTRATED. AMSTERDAM, April 26. According to a Berlin telegram the Kaiser gathered an account of the fight from a captured British captain of marines, who said the attack was prepared and started on four occasions but was abandoned owing to the vigilance of the German outpost boats. DEBATE IN REICHSTAG. MORE INFORMATION WANTED. • Received 8.45 a.m. . AMSTERDAM, April 28. A censored report of the Reichstag Main Committee's sitting reveals a lively debate over the Zeebrugge raid. Deputies declared the German communique is misleading, and demand fuller inform'ation, which was refused. Seventeen Belgian fishermen have been arrested at Ostend charged with assisting the British naval raid. THE CASUALTY LIST. Received 9.20 ami. LONDON, April 28. The Admiralty reports the casualties in the Belgian coast operations were: Officers, 16 killed, three died of wounds, two missing, 29 wounded; men, 144 killed, 25 died of wounds. 14 14 missing. 355 wounded.
