EUCHRE PARTY.

The euchre party got up by the ladies guild (St. Margaret's) on Friday, was a great success, about 100 people being present. The Vicar was unavoidably absent. The prizes were evenly contested. After supper the two ladies, Miss Gilbert and Miss O'Brien, played off, the winner proving to be Miss O'Brien, who gained the silver trinket box given by Mrs. Loughnan. Great interest was taken in guessing the name of a camisole given by Mrs. Carpenter. When the envelope was opened ''Sylvia" was the name disclosed.'
