DRIVE AGAINST ITALY. MORE TEUTONIC PREDICTIONS. LONDON, April 17. German and Austrian papers continue to predict the im-xiccnec of a vast drive against the Italians, similar to that on the west front The Vossichc Zcitnng” declares that the spring will put neutrality to a very severe test, as the Austrian troops are likely to encircle her in securing their spoils of war. It is suggested that these roseate predictions are part of the Teutonic p’an to prepare an already grief-racked people for vast sacrifices in the present offensive.
