MINERS DIVIDED REGARDING PROPOSALS. LONDON, Feb 27. The Miners' Conference in London decided to ballot all members on a proposal to comb out fifty thousand miners for the army. It is understood that the Conference is fairly divided for and against immediate acceptance. ""* Another resolution in favour of peace negotiations received very small support.
