MARTON SALE
Abraham and Williams Ltd report on the Marton sale held yesterday: Fair yardings of both sheep and cattle came to hand. The demand was much better. We quote:—2th ewes 27/4, mixed do, 26/5, aged ewes 14/, forward do 23/6, cull do 5/, mixed shorn lambs 15/, stubble do 9/6; forward woolly b.f. do 19/2, fat ewes 29/, 29/4, S.D rams 7/6 to Best weaner steers £3 10s, cull heifers 20s, ISmonth heifers £4, fat cows £lO, bull £7 10s
