BRITAIN’S WARNING TO RUSSIA. THE KAISER AND A DEMOCRATIC PEACE. Received 8.55. LONDON, Dec 10. Sir Robert Buchanan, British Ambassador to Russia, in a‘statement to the Russian Press, says Britain Is sympathetic towards the Russian people, but warns them that Che Kaiser will never agree to a democratic peace when he knows the Russian army has ceased to exist. . GERMANY’S PEACE TERMS, PETROGRAD, Dec 10. The German peace terms forbade Russia to navigate the Baltic except between Petrograd and Kronstadt, where navigation is impossible, owing to ice. The Daily Mail’s Petrograd correspondent states: It is understood that the slowness of the negotiations is partly attributable to the Germans demanding the evacuation of southwestern Galicia, and fhe Black Sea district, and the disarming of certain units.
WAR AGAINST KALEDIN. PETRuGRAD, Dec~lo. The Bolsheviks have openly declared war against Kaledin, and ordered Krylenko to send as many troops as possible from the front, to crush the Cossacks. The Ukranian Rada has declared for an immediate armistice. It transpires that the Turks, not the Russians, proposed an armistice on the Caucasian front.
A SIGNIFICANT PROCLAMATION. POWERFUL OPPOSITION TO BOLSHEVIKS. — LONDON, Dec 10. A wireless Russian message announces a significant proclamation by the Bolshevik regime, admissions in which indicate that powerful counter forces are now working. The proclamation, after attempting to excite class passions by accusing the Cadets of lavishly financing a counter-revolu-tion, states that Kaledin, assisted by Korniloff, has declared a state of war in the Don region, hindering the sup* ply of bread to the front. Kaledin is collecting forces and menacing Moscow and other towns. OdutolT, In the Ural district, arrested the military revolutionary committee at Orenburg and is endeavouring to cut off the supply of. bread from -Siberia for the front. Karanloff is attacking' fwo places in the Caucasus.
The proclamation says the revolution is endangered. Armed resistance will be offered to the counterrevolutionaries. It decrees all places where counter-revolutionary detachments are discovered To' be in a state of seige. Negotiations of any kind are forbidden People and railwaymen assisting the counter-revolution-aries are threatened with direst penalties. The leaders of the conspiracy are declared outlaws.
SOCIALISM RUNNING RIOT.

Russian wireless.—Th e ’ Bolshevik regime proclaims all lands, live and dead stock, farm produce and buildings to be national property. Private ownership has been abolished. Lat?Sowners’ houses will serve aIT-public schools, hospitals, shelters and theatres. Local land committees have been ordered to safeguard them from destruction and pillage. DISINTEGRATION OF RUSSIA.
