A wireless message, via Berne reports the Tageblatt says it is superfluous to declare all Germany is united in repudiating the arrogance, President Wilson breathes in his new message. It must be understood that America's ruthless desire for war is to prolong hostilties. The Taglische Rundschau says his phrases will not shake our nerves. We are sure our European enemies won't desire to continue shedding their blood until President Wilson is able to establish his system of justice throughout the world. Vossische Zeitung says President: Wilson is trying to disturb BussoGerman negotiations and shatter the solidarity of the Austro-German alliance.' Vorwaerts declares the peace with Russia gives Germany strength to overcome her Western enemies ineluding Wilson.
