WASHINGTON, Nov. 30 The administration while approving a restatement of war aims, disagrees with Lansdowne 's apparent willingness to negotiate with the present German Government. President'Wilson adheres to the attitude that he will not discuss peace terms except with a Government responsible to the Reichstag. FRENCH MISSION IN CANADA. Received 11.5. OTTAWA, Nov 30. Unionists are decidedly hostile to Lord Lansdovrne's proposals. One described them, as an act of treachery. Many Liberals declare them worthy of the traditions of British statesmanship, asserting that tney correct an error in our politcal compass. He is the first statesman .who has associated himself with Wilson's democratic views.
