CHINA STILL UNSETTLED. RESTORATION OF PARLIAMENT WANTED.' * Received 8.35. LONDON, Nov 30. The Morning Post's Shanghai correspondent says the President of China -has not yet secured a Cabinet. Troops at Ningpo have revolted and are marching on Hangihow. A portion of the troops at Anhiu have also revolted. Both have declared in favour of restoration of the Parliament.
