TURKS PROTEST TO GERMANY. LONDON, Nov 19. The “Echo de Paris” states that a prospective enemy offensive in Macedonia has been interrupted owing to the Young Turks’ protests against the Germans’ failure to keep their promise to send troops against Bagdad.
