THE KAISER SURPRISED.
SUPERNATURAL INTERFERENCE SUGGESTED. MAN NOT LOW ENOUGH. Received 9 a.m. AMSTERDAM, November IS. The Cologne Gazette’s war correspondent states that the Kaiser while addressing the troops on the Tagliamenoj, denounced Italy’s treason to the Triple Alliance. He declared that the success of the Austro-German invasion would greatly surprise all calculations. A higher power than that of
man must have participated in their enemy’s terrible collapse.
