Eeuter learns that the last official news from Russia was a message from Sir. Geo. Buchanan (British Ambassador at Petrograd), via Haparanda, on November 13, reporting that all was well at the British Embassy. London has received no news for several days. Telegraphic communication between Russia and Japan is cut off.
*A wireless Russian official report states: “Muravieff (commander of the Petrograd revolutionary district) ordered Kishinev and the Soviet to lib-
erate comrades who imprisoned Kishinev for revolting against the Provisional Government, which Muravieff says is now deposed. ’ ’

On Saturday ? hostilities ceased in Moscow and terms were signed where by the White Guard surrenders its arms and the Committee of Public Safety is dissolved. The Maximalist conditions for entering a composite Socialistic Government, includes the control of troops. Petrograd and Moscow are arming workmen throughout Russia.
