Enemy torpedoeTs between Oesel and Dago Islands pressed back our patrol boats in the direction of Moon Sound, but our naval craft were reinforced and compelled the enemy to retire. GERMANY EXPECTED TO LAND IN FINLAND. Received 10.15. STOCKHOLM, Oct 15. - The Germans expected to seize the islands-and effete a landing in Finland before ice forms with a view to attacking Helsingfors. A GERMAN'S TREACHERY. DEATH OF CAPT. JENNINGS. A tragic story surrounds the death of Captain L. S.
