AUSTRIA LOSSES OVER ONE MILLION MEN. APPEAL FOR ASSISTANCE. Received 9. NEW YORK, Oct. 11. Semi-official advices from Rome state the Austrians have lost one million men on Italian front, decreasing the force there by one-third. It is ascertained that the Austro-Germans now consider the Italian front the most dangerous. Austria is urging Germany to send additional troops "•AUSTRIAN POST WAR TRADE. ADVICE TO AMERICA.
