RADICAL ALTERATIONS. 'TMHAPE, MARTAEOA AND MOAIN EANGITIKEI. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, this day The proposed electoral re-adjustments makes the Waimarino southern boundary run from Koriniti on the Wanganui River, through Taurangarere to Moawhango, putting Taihape, Mataroa, and Moawhango into the Eangitikei electorate. The north-western boundary runs up the Ongaruhe Elver to Pureora trig, including Taumarunul.
