CATHOLIC EUCHRE PARTY

The usual fortnightly euchre party In aid of the Catholic School Building Fund was held in the Town Hall Sup per Boom last night. There was an exceptionally large number of plavere present over 100 persons availing themselves of the opportunity oi spending an enjoyable evening. The supper room although admirably suited for such a purpose, is Joeing taxed to the utmost to provide seating accommodation for each successive increase in attendance at these populai euchre parties. The first prizes were won by Mrs. D. Xeagle, (ladies) and Mr. T. Sherlaw (gents.) The consolation prizes were won by Miss Keane (ladies) and Mr. J. J. Clark 'ggents.) The arrangements were admirably carried out by Messrs. R. Onglcy, W and J. McLaughlan. Supper provided by the Ladies’ Committee was up to the general high standard and was greatly appreciated by those partaking thereof.
