GERMANY'S FINANCIAL OUTLOOK. SUBSCRIPTIONS BY ROYALTY. AMSTERDAM, October 2. Royalties have again offered the imperial banks large quantities of jewellery. The Government is arranging to sell private treasure abroad, with a view to improving Germany’s financial outlook.
