The enemy is working in ou: midst. “Vorwaerts” comments that ii the persons responsible for this mani festo want war against tht'ir own people let us have it, but the Reichstag must take care that nothing shall interfere with the people’s defence against the agitators for civil war. A PAPER SUSPENDED. deceived 11.25. AMSTERDAM, Sept 21. The newspaper Germania has bee suspended for publishing Herr Er?j berger's speech fully.
