The Congressional Conference agreed to an 11,600,000 dollar Bond Bill, which is expected to reach President Wilson on Saturday.

Much gratification is expressed at the Argentine Senate's vote in favour of severing relations with Germany, particularly because of the amount of shipping it will release. The fruit Traders have been informed that nothing can be done at present to remov the import restrictions with regard to apples.
