BARQUE MISSING. Received 9.15. NEW YORK Sept 20. The barque Dee", 1169 tons, which left Mauritius on February 18 for Bunbury, in Westralia, has been posted as missing. SUBMARINE WARFARE. THE WEEK'S RECORD. LONDON, September 19. The Admiralty report: Arrivals for the week 2695; sailings, 2737; sinkings eight over 1600 tons and 20 under 1600 tons. (The 20 include nine which were sunk during the previous week), unsuccessfully attacked, six. Italian arrivals, 493; sailings, 497; sinkings, one steamer under 1500 tons and one small steamer.
