THE BRITISH TAKE PRISONERS. HUNS BOMBING HOSPITALS. Received 8.55. LONDON, Sept 11. Sir Douglas Haig reports: We captured prisoners during local fighting near Villaret, south-east of Hargicourt. A French communique states that German aeroplanes, last night, bombed the region of Dunkirk. The hospital was bombed and fifteen women were wounded. The Admiralty states that naval air craft operations have been restricted lately by unfavourable weather. We bombed Houttave aerodrome; all our machines returned safely. A GERMAN STORY. ANOTHER AERIAL LIE. \ ‘ LONDON, Sept 10. A wireless German official report sates; “The English pressed us back at Hargicourt and Villert, in the St. Quentin sector. We regained the former position. We penetrated the French lines east of north of Verdun. We repulsed Rus-sian-Rumahians between Trotus and Ortuz valleys. .Our advance guards retreated before the French northwest of Lake Malik, in Macedonia. During August, we lost 64 aeroplanes; our enemies lost 295.
